How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at TheSLCTD is easy:

  • Once you have found your favorite bag, click on the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page.
  • Review the item(s) in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘items’ link at the top right of the page.
  • Choose your preferred shipping option.
  • Click on ‘proceed to checkout’ to complete your order.

What payment methods does TheSLCTD accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Sofortueberweisung, iDEAL and Bancontact. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Payment takes place through the systems of Mollie B.V. which make sure that your transactions are safe. As a collecting payment service provider based in the Netherlands, Mollie complies with all safety rules and technologies for a secure online payment system. These safety rules were established by European financial institutions and De Nederlandsche Bank (the Dutch Central Bank).

To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

Is my package insured and do I need to sign for my package?

DHL is our shipping partner for all shipments. All shipments in Germany are insured against loss and damage. For the remaining EU countries you can choose to ship your package insured or uninsured. When your purchase is ready for shipping you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number. To ensure that your purchases arrive safely and in perfect condition, we require proof of delivery for all orders and are unable to authorize for packages to be delivered without a signature.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

Please note, all non-EU packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Prices shown on the website do not include duties and taxes. We recommend pre-paying duties on shipments to non-EU countries to ensure your package arrives on time. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Does TheSLCTD ship to multiple addresses?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the color or edit your billing and shipping details. However, this is only possible until 2 hours after placing the order. If you need to make any amendments, please email us on contact@theslctd.com

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Making a return or exchange is easy. If you wish to return your order no extra shipping costs will be charged. Please make sure to send us an email in which you point out that you wish to return your purchase to contact@theslctd.com within 14 days of reception of the order. If you do so we will make sure that DHL picks up the package at your address. 

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?

Items purchased from TheSLCTD are eligible for a full refund provided that they do not contain any signs of usage and are being sent in the original packaging. The assumption is that the costumer can only try and inspect the product like he or she would be allowed to do in a physical store.
