TheSLCTD ships all orders using DHL. We take care of the shipping costs worldwide. Whenever placing an order, you need to provide your full address. The arrival time varies according to your location. We ship from Berlin, Germany.

ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is an estimate and unfortunately, cannot be guaranteed. Orders typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday. Due to a possible credit card verification, your order may be subject to a delayed shipping date. When your purchase is ready for shipping you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number.

CURRENCY

All items are priced and charged in Euros at checkout. The exact exchange rate is determined by the bank that issued your credit card and reflects the daily exchange rate. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased from TheSLCTD are eligible for a full refund if the order is returned within 14 days of reception of the order, provided the bag(s) is still in its original packaging and shows no signs of usage. Please note that we expect the customer to handle and inspect the bag just like they would in a store. You can notify us via email: contact@theslctd.com.
